How to process your past

It is easy to process your past. With a little practice, you will have discovered your inner power to remove all the blocks. There are four basic steps. Step One is as follows:

Step One: Linking Your Feelings to Your Past

Resentment, the block we are dealing with here, is linked to the feeling Deprivation. If it is difficult to link your present feelings with past feelings, use these statements:

  • Recall a time when you felt deprived in some way.
  • Recall a time when you had less than others.
  • Recall a time when you didn't get what you wanted.
  • Recall a time when someone else got what you wanted.
  • Recall a time when your siblings got more than you.
  • Recall a time when you were ignored.
  • Recall a time when you were neglected.
  • Recall a time when you were not forgiven.
  • Recall a time when you were punished.
  • Recall a time when you didn't get to go.
  • Recall a time when life was unfair.
  • Recall a time when you did something nice and were then mistreated.
  • Recall a time when something was taken from you.
  • Recall a time when you didn't get to have your turn.
  • Recall a time when someone had more than you.
  • Recall a time when someone did better by cheating.
  • Recall a time when someone cut in front of you.
  • Recall a time when you got in trouble and it wasn't your fault.
