How to process your past

It is easy to process your past. With a little practice, you will have discovered your inner power to remove all the blocks. There are four basic steps. Step One is as follows:

Step One: Linking Your Feelings to Your Past

Procrastination, the block we are dealing with here, is linked to the feeling Uncertainty. If it is difficult to link your present feelings with past feelings, use these statements:

  • Recall a time when you felt uncertain in some way.
  • Recall a time when you didn't know what to say.
  • Recall a time when you didn't know what would happen.
  • Recall a time when you were waiting a long time.
  • Recall a time when you were held back.
  • Recall a time when you were lost.
  • Recall a time when you didn't know the time.
  • Recall a time when you couldn't get home.
  • Recall a time when you couldn't get water or food.
  • Recall a time when you couldn't find your way.
  • Recall a time when you ran away from danger.
  • Recall a time when you needed help.
  • Recall a time when you were waiting to find out a punishment.
  • Recall a time when you didn't know what you did wrong.
  • Recall a time when you didn't know how to protect yourself.
  • Recall a time when you didn't know how to solve a problem.
