It is easy to process your past. With a little practice, you will have discovered your inner power to remove all the blocks. There are four basic steps. Step One is as follows:
Step One: Linking Your Feelings to Your PastJudgment, the block we are dealing with here, is linked to the feeling Dissatisfaction. If it is difficult to link your present feelings with past feelings, use these statements:
- Recall a time when you felt dissatisfied in some way.
- Recall a time when you didn't get what you wanted.
- Recall a time when what you received was no what you wanted.
- Recall a time when others didn't measure up to your expectations.
- Recall a time when you didn't win something.
- Recall a time when you didn't do well.
- Recall a time when someone let you down.
- Recall a time when you were not progressing fast enough.
- Recall a time when you had to wait for someone.
- Recall a time when you didn't like someone.
- Recall a time when you didn't like a situation.
- Recall a time when you heard bad news.
