It is easy to process your past. With a little practice, you will have discovered your inner power to remove all the blocks. There are four basic steps. Step One is as follows:
Step One: Linking Your Feelings to Your PastIndecision, the block we are dealing with here, is linked to the feeling Discouragement. If it is difficult to link your present feelings with past feelings, use these statements:
- Recall a time when you felt discouraged in some way.
- Recall a time when you were disappointed.
- Recall a time when you didn't hear what you expected to hear.
- Recall a time when you didn't get to do what you wanted to do.
- Recall a time when you were going to do something and it was cancelled.
- Recall a time when you were not as good as you thought.
- Recall a time when you were less than others.
- Recall a time when you had less than others.
- Recall a time when you got less than others.
- Recall a time when you made a decision and it didn't turn out well.
- Recall a time when you made a choice and ended up missing out in some way.
- Recall a time when you were held back.
- Recall a time when you were grounded.
- Recall a time when you were a disappointment to others.
- Recall a time when you got in trouble.
