It is easy to process your past. With a little practice, you will have discovered your inner power to remove all the blocks. There are four basic steps. Step One is as follows:
Step One: Linking Your Feelings to Your PastBlame, the block we are dealing with here, is linked to the feeling Betrayal. If it is difficult to link your present feelings with past feelings, use these statements:
- Recall a time when you felt betrayed in some way.
- Recall a time when someone mistreated you.
- Recall a time when someone lied to you.
- Recall a time when someone disappointed you.
- Recall a time when someone opposed you.
- Recall a time when someone tricked you.
- Recall a time when someone ganged up against you.
- Recall a time when someone defeated you.
- Recall a time when someone turned on you.
- Recall a time when someone excluded you.
- Recall a time when someone rejected you.
- Recall a time when someone misunderstood you.
- Recall a time when someone criticized you.
- Recall a time when someone didn't deep a promise.
- Recall a time when someone talked about you.
